Yellow Belt / White Stripe includes Basic Fitness. Learning basic stance, punches, kicks, knees. Perform 5 Yaksudo Kata, basic front grab Yaksudo (self defence). We begin light sparring.
The course also includes a class that gets emailed to you every 3 days for 3 months and includes bonus material, and techniques, combos and self defence from higher belts to help you transition and progress through the ranks.
At the start of the course, you will have the opportunity to book in a free 30 minute session with Head Sensei Michael Reberger allowing you to have any questions answered and go through some of the basic moves and talk about your Martial Arts journey going forward.
You are welcome to send in videos to the trainers for feedback for the duration of the course and we encourage you to send in your progress and achievements along the way.
Once you have completed the course and 3 months of training, you will be eligible to grade. Grading for the lower belts will be done live via Zoom with both trainers present. If you pass your grading, you will then be sent your official Yellow Belt/White Stripe certificate and belt. You may now move onto the Yellow Belt Course.
